We renovated the bathrooms, finished the basement, updated the kitchen a bit, had the hardwood floors redone, put new windows in throughout the house, a new septic system, and much more. 

The house features 4 bedrooms, 2½ baths, a large kitchen with granite countertops, dual fuel heat, all new carpet, and hardwood floors in the living room, dining room, and family room. It has an attached 2 car garage and sits on 2/3 of an acre. Of course we sold it. But I can look back at the pictures!
